For media with high solid content: Semi-open impeller with wear-resistant plates to effectively reduce maintenance costs
For high inlet pressure conditions: Increased casing wall thickness to enhance pressure resistance; rear wear ring eliminated to utilize the axial force generated by the impeller itself to counteract part of the axial thrust; enlarged bearing housing with additional bearings to improve load capacity
For low NPSHa conditions: Inducer added at the impeller inlet to significantly improve cavitation resistance
For condensation- or crystallization-prone media: Multiple thermal insulation measures (steam, hot water, or electric) to ensure media fluidity
